An Important Message from the Constitution Party of Massachusetts

December 11, 2007

Dear Friends of Liberty,

Thomas Fallon of Burlington, MA is the Constitution Party candidate in the Fourth Middlesex State Senate District special election.  The Fourth Middlesex State Senate District covers Billerica, Burlington, Woburn, Lexington, and Arlington.  The election is today - Tuesday, December 11, 2007.

It has been my honor to get to know Tom these past few months.  I recall the first time I met him at one of our state committee meetings in Wakefield.  What struck me most was Tom’s sense of urgency.  He had already decided he wanted to run for office not out of arrogance or self-promotion, but because he was deeply concerned with the world into which his children were entering.  It was at this meeting he decided to join and run with the Constitution Party.

Fallon has a campaign based on principles and values (http://tomfallon.wordpress.com).  He has made us proud. He has made great sacrifices in this campaign, putting his reputation and life on the line in the fight for liberty.  As one who has run for office before, I can tell you running such a campaign is a great sacrifice of time, money and many sleepless nights.  It is now out turn to support Tom.

If you live in the Fourth Middlesex State Senate District, we urge you to vote for a fellow of like-minded faith to us.  If you know of anyone living in this area, urge them to support Thomas Fallon today.

But I ask everyone receiving this letter, no matter where you live, to pray for this man on this important day.  I am sure we all give testimony to the power of answered prayer.  We can campaign all we want, advertise all over the state and talk to every possible person we can, but ultimately this election is the sovereign Hand of God.

“Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.” – James 4:2

Thank you for your time, and may the Lord bless you and your family.

Because of Grace,

Kevin Thompson,
State Secretary – Constitution Party of Massachusetts

BROCKTON   On Tuesday, December 11, the voters of Massachusetts will again have the opportunity to make history.  For far too long we have witnessed the erosion of Constitutional liberties, moral values and economic downturns.

Massachusetts needs a representative on Beacon Hill to stand up and fight for families everywhere.  In recent years, Republicans and Democrats both had their chances to enact real change in out state, and both have failed.  No longer do we have men and women upholding their oaths, protecting our state Constitution, and serving the people.  Instead we have career politicians who disregard the will of the people and subject them to the tyranny of special interests.

Yet among the dark clouds looming over our state, a ray of light beams forth as a glimmer of hope.  Voters in the Fourth Middlesex District will go to the polls on Tuesday, and we urge them to vote for candidate Thomas Fallon.  Fallon will stand up to the career politicians and stand up for the working families of his hometown.  A vote for Tom Fallon is a vote for real change.  At last, the voters have a candidate who they have known and who they can trust!

Tom represents the Constitution Party of Massachusetts.  We, the leadership of the CPOMA, could not be more proud of our candidate.

“Tom Fallon is a gentleman that has a passion for freedom in the terms of our founding fathers like John Adams not only for today, but for the future for his children and grandchildren. I would urge all people that have a desire for true freedom to cast your vote for Tom Fallon.”  Rich Selfridge, Chairman of the Constitution Party of Massachusetts

“It has been my great pleasure to be associated with Thomas Fallon.  He is a man of dedication – dedicated to his God, his family, his state and his nation.  His passionate defense of freedom is an inspiration to me.  His personal faith in the Lord has been an encouragement during discouraging times.  What strikes me most about Tom is his simple willingness to do whatever it takes. When he sees a need, he is the first to jump in and help.  He is not concerned about credit, titles or praise.  His humility is refreshment to all who know him.  The people of the Fourth Middlesex District would have a true help and a true representative when they elect Tom Fallon as their next State Senator.”  Kevin Thompson, State Secretary of the Constitution Party of Massachusetts

“I have known Tom Fallon for quite a few years now.  In that time, I have known him to be passionate about everything he becomes involved with.  Tom is well rounded, a lover of God, lover of his wife and children, and also a lover of his community, state and nation.  As a co-laborer with him for these several years, in church issues, as well as political issues, I would strongly encourage the voters of the 4th Middlesex District to cast their ballot for Tom Fallon, a true voice for the people and the Constitution.”  Bob Picard, Constitution Party of Massachusetts State Committee Member

“Tom Fallon’s commitment to government of the people, by the people and for the people is real!  If the voters of the 4th Middlesex State Senate District want dedicated, honest representation and a tireless  servant who will actually listen to the people rather than to “big money” special interests, they should flock to the polls Tuesday, December 11, 2007 and vote for Tom Fallon to be their next State Senator.”  Gary Odom, Constitution Party National Field Director

Do not forget to vote for Thomas Fallon on December 11, 2007!

BURLINGTON   In the wake of two other key endorsements for Constitution Party State Senate Candidate Thomas Fallon, one more conservative group here in the Bay State has decided to urge voters to make history.

The Returning to America’s Founding Fathers Institute (RAFF) could find no better candidate to back who best fits with their stated objectives.  The RAFF Institute’s primary purpose is to bring believer’s of all faiths, conservatives, liberals and moderates together to listen to informed speakers sharing the truth about America’s founding fathers, America’s Christian heritage and the indisputable evidence showing the destruction of American culture and civilization resulting from our wholesale abandonment of the traditional Christian values of our founding fathers.

Appearing on their website (www.raffhope.com) last night was the following post, “Tom Fallon is running for state Senator in the 4th Middlesex District with the Constitution Party.  While we, at The RAFF Institute are not personally familiar with Mr. Fallon, we completely agree with the principles put forward on his web site campaign.  We invite you to consider voting for Tom at the upcoming election.”

In response, Fallon is quoted as saying, “Tom Haskins [of the RAFF] is a wonderful inspiration to the cause of freedom. His work is AWESOME and needs to be commended.  I would like to say to him, thank you so much for the support, I cannot  put it into words what it means to me.”

“My allegiance is to the Constitution, the Bill of rights, my family, my country and my God. The gap between, we the people and the State House is growing day by day, decision by decision. I will stand in that gap, I will protect the innocent, I will stand for traditional family values. George Washington said during his second inaugural address ‘to remove religious and moral values from society is to remove the very things that made America a great nation.’ I will stand in the gap for the great people of this district.”

“I’m inviting the voters of the 4th Middlesex District to do something bold to help solve this problem, by electing a Constitutionalist to be the State Senator from the 4th Middlesex District, next Tuesday, December 11!”

BURLINGTON   As Tuesday’s election draws near, more and more people are waking up to the fact that Thomas Fallon is the only choice for pro-family voters.  On Saturday, Tom received the endorsement of the Conservative Caucus

The Conservative Caucus was founded in 1974 in the belief that conservatives could win in Washington only by mobilizing conservative strength at the state and Congressional district level.  Dedicated to fighting for and defending innocent, human life, the Caucus has chosen to endorse Thomas Fallon in the race to fill a vacant State Senate seat.

Caucus Chairman Howard Phillips wrote, “Concerning Tom Fallon, I am happy to convey to him the endorsement of The Conservative Caucus on the basis of his exemplary pro-life stance.”  A passionate defender of the unborn, Tom will finally give voice to the thousands of pro-life voters who feel their views have been ignored and ridiculed by those currently residing in Beacon Hill.

“In my life time I have met many famous and influential people. Yet I have never met a person who had an immediate impact on my life the way and magnitude that Howard Phillips has had,” said Tom.  “I have witnessed a room full of 300 people, every one of them directly mentored and influenced by him, waiting for hours just to say hello. In my opinion he is America’s champion.”

Tom goes on to say,  “The Declaration of Independence states plainly that we are created equal, endowed by our creator with basic human rights. The first right is the right to life.”

Thomas Fallon is a champion of the family and of traditional values and witnessing the erosion of respect for these basic principles by government was also a major factor in persuading him to enter this race.

“For years,” says Fallon, “Americans have elected ‘the best politicians that money can buy,’ and these politicians have done a great job…. in representing special interests and big government.  I am running for State Senate to represent the people of his district, not any special interest group.”

“I have people ask me why they should vote for me, the Constitution Party candidate, rather than the Democrat or the Republican,” says Fallon.  “My answer is simple: Democrat candidates have come to us over the years and said, ‘Elect me, and I’ll solve your problems.’  Likewise, Republican candidates have told the voters, ‘Elect me, and I’ll solve your problems.’ Well, after so many years of this and with our problems only getting worse, I came to the realization that the Democrat and Republican politicians aren’t going to solve our problems, the ARE our problem.”

“I’m inviting the voters of the 4th Middlesex District to do something bold to help solve this problem, by electing a Constitutionalist to be the State Senator from the 4th Middlesex District, next Tuesday, December 11!”

Endorsement

December 5, 2007

To the voters of the 4th Middlesex District,

I am writing this letter as a personal endorsement of Tom Fallon.  I have known Tom for twenty-four years.  Over the course of those years I’ve found Tom to be honest, loyal and hard working.  He is a man who knows how to put his mind to something and accomplish that goal.

I first met Tom in 1983 when he followed his older brother Ray into the Southside Boxing Gym.  Ray was a professional boxer who I trained along with several other professional stable mates.  Tom was a fifteen-year-old boy who was determined to keep up with these mature athletes.  He most certainly started as an underdog.  Well, in time and with dedication, Tom showed all in his path that he was a force to contend with.  I was proud to stand in Tom’s corner as the crowd in the Lowell Auditorium gave Tom a standing ovation for his victory in the 1985 Lowell Sun Golden Gloves Tournament.

My relationship with Tom grew further when he came to work at Warner Cable where I managed his department.  In his three years at Warner Tom earned numerous awards and recognition for his outstanding efforts.

Tom was always entrepreneurial and in 1989 Tom left Warner to start a successful business, which he grew into a franchise.  While managing his growing his business, Tom was fortunate enough to marry his high school sweetheart Kellie and together they raise three children.

Tom has always been a leader, dedicated to the job at hand and guided by honorable principles.  It is my fervent belief that Tom Fallon would be a terrific State Senator representing the 4 th Middlesex District.

Sincerely,

Richard Torsney

PRESS RELEASE:

Americans Give Thanks US Not Limited To Two Parties

More Polls Show Voters Weary Of DC Control Freaks As Party Loyalty Tanks

Lancaster, PA: A record number of Americans say most members of Congress do not deserve to be re-elected, according to the latest  CNN/Opinion Research Corp poll . The survey shows voter disdain for those in power in both controlling parties has grown more widespread than ever before.

America’s fastest-growing and largest third party based on voter registration, (Ballot Access News), the Constitution Party, cites this poll along with the recent Princeton Research Associates/ Newsweek survey  this week showing 54% of respondents say the U.S. should have another major party from which to choose their elected officials.

“For months we’ve seen average Americans weighing in on this issue and it’s plain - the ‘throw the bums out’ sentiment is spreading”, said Constitution Party National Committee Chairman Jim Clymer.

Clymer referenced other recent surveys like Zogby and Rasmussen which show growing discontent with both parties in power.

“You don’t have to be a political analyst to understand what’s happening. The prevailing ill-will is going to drop politics on its head. Frankly, it won’t be at all surprising to see Americans turn their backs on DC insiders when they choose their next president and members of congress”, Clymer predicted.

According to CNN’s polling director, Keating Holland, “The public seems to be concentrating its wrath on the GOP”. CNN’s survey showed just 38 percent say that Republican members of Congress should be re-elected. Fifty percent say that Democrats in Congress deserve to be re-elected.

“The Constitution Party’s been welcoming an influx of voters who had been fiercely loyal to the GOP. Democrats as well cannot stomach the betrayal anymore. On issues like illegal immigration, presidential power-grabs, endless unconstitutional wars and loss of American jobs, it’s safe to say we’re witnessing major defections from both of the establishment parties”, Clymer noted.
